1. Overview & Agreement to Terms

Welcome to www.jumpflex.com. By accessing or using this website, or purchasing from Jumpflex USA Ltd. ("Jumpflex", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your access to and use of the site and any Jumpflex products or services. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or proceed with a purchase.

Jumpflex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the website or services after any changes will constitute your agreement to the revised terms.

2. Definitions

  • "Seller" refers to Jumpflex USA Ltd.
  • "Buyer" refers to any person or legal entity purchasing from Jumpflex
  • "Website" refers to www.jumpflex.com
  • "Product" refers to any item sold by Jumpflex

3. Conditions of Sale

All prices are listed in USD and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout. By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are authorised to make the purchase.
  • You accept these Terms in full.
  • You are either the end customer or acting as an authorised agent on their behalf.

Jumpflex reserves the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch.

4. Pricing, Payment & Currency

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing or product information error, Jumpflex reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if already charged.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship throughout the United States. Your order will be dispatched from one or more of our local distribution warehouses, depending on stock availability. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Delivery Conditions:

  • Door-to-door delivery applies to ground-level addresses.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas.
  • Please inspect packaging for damage before signing.

Delivery Issues:

  • Notify us of any visible or internal damage within 24 hours.
  • Goods travel at the buyer's risk once dispatched.

6. Risk, Liability & Assumption of Responsibility

Jumpflex products are designed for residential outdoor use. Improper use, poor maintenance, or exposure to extreme weather can result in damage or injury.

Risk Warning:

Using trampolines or outdoor play equipment involves inherent risk of injury, disability, or death. Use at your own risk.

Liability Disclaimer:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable U.S. law:

  • Jumpflex is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death due to misuse, incorrect installation, or environmental conditions.
  • Users waive the right to sue Jumpflex for injuries or losses sustained from product use.

Adult supervision and adherence to safety guidelines is required at all times.

7. Warranty

7.1 Warranty Coverage

Warranty periods begin from the date the product is shipped to the customer. Note: Replacing a part does not reset or extend the original warranty period of the product.

Hero & Mega Series:

  • 10 Years – Frame
  • 5 Years – Jump Mat
  • 5 Years – Springs
  • 1 Year – Spring Pad
  • 1 Year – Safety Net
  • 1 Year – Accessories

Flex Series:

  • 5 Years – Frame
  • 1 Year – Jump Mat
  • 1 Year – Springs
  • 1 Year – Spring Pad
  • 1 Year – Safety Net
  • 1 Year – Accessories

7.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Wear and Tear

  • Surface rust smaller than 2cm
  • Holes or tears in the Jump Mat smaller than 2cm
  • Fading, stretching, or deterioration of materials over time
  • UV damage or fabric disintegration due to sun exposure

Weather and Environmental Conditions

  • Damage caused by wind, storms, snow, or sun exposure
  • Snow load, ice build-up, or extreme temperatures affecting product lifespan
  • Exposure to ocean spray or assembly within 1.6 km of a saltwater environment — in such cases, warranty on steel parts may be reduced by 50%

Improper Installation

  • Any issues resulting from incorrect assembly or not following the official Jumpflex Assembly Manual
  • Damage or failure due to missing components not reported before installation
  • Use of third-party assembly services not authorised by Jumpflex

Insufficient Maintenance

  • Premature wear due to lack of regular inspection, cleaning, or following care instructions
  • Damage from mold, rust, or build-up due to improper storage or use

Misuse or Inappropriate Use

  • Using the trampoline for gymnastic, stunt, or commercial purposes
  • Attaching third-party accessories or unauthorised modifications
  • Exceeding maximum user weight or allowing multiple users in ways not outlined in the safety guidelines

Commercial Use

  • Jumpflex products are designed for residential/domestic use only
  • Any use in schools, rental properties, parks, gyms, or play centers will void the warranty

Personal Injury or Incidental Loss

  • Product misuse
  • Improper assembly
  • Failure to follow safety and maintenance guidelines
  • Negligence or accidents

7.3 Lifetime Warranty (If Purchased)

The optional Jumpflex Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Any fault, defect, or failure that occurs as a result of the manufacturing process.

Excludes:

  • Damage due to misuse, poor maintenance, incorrect installation, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear
  • External sources such as fire, theft, cuts, or vandalism
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not impact function
  • Trampoline accessories (unless specified otherwise)
  • Use in a commercial setting
  • Warranty is non-transferable. Claims must be made by the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase and supporting photos
  • Jumpflex reserves the right to repair or replace items at its discretion with new or refurbished parts

Valid for purchases on or after 10 May 2022.

7.4 Making a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Jumpflex Customer Support or submit via the website
  2. Provide your order number and photos showing the suspected issue
  3. Jumpflex will assess the claim and determine whether to repair, replace, or offer an alternative solution
  4. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and do not extend the original warranty period

8. 30-Day Money Back

8.1 30-Day Right of Return

While U.S. consumer law does not mandate a withdrawal period, at Jumpflex we voluntarily offer a 30-day right of return.

  • Notify us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return goods in as-new condition with original packaging.
  • Return shipping is at your cost.
  • Refunds exclude original and return shipping costs.
  • A restocking fee may apply for items not returned in original condition.

This does not apply to damaged or faulty goods (see Warranty).

8.2 Return Instructions

Email hello@jumpflex.com to initiate your return. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return. Returns without prior contact may not be accepted.

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders not yet dispatched may be cancelled upon request.
  • Handling or restocking fees may apply.
  • Dispatched orders must follow the returns process.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and comply with applicable U.S. data protection laws.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Jumpflex.com website—including images, logos, product descriptions, and videos—is the intellectual property of Jumpflex and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Our website may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the United States.
